Row_level_security failed

I need to achieve RSL with two datasets:
Quicksight dataset and RSL dataset
Quicksight dataset is the data of two table joins
But after joining, RLS failed, and the user can still see other people’s data, but not their own data.

The Quicksight dataset and RSL dataset are the same, except that the Quicksight dataset is joined to the data
Please help me check it ?

The Quicksight dataset and RSL dataset are the same .
Only have three columns : username,maketplace_id,merchant_customer_id

Did you follow the guideline?

Yes , In order to further investigate the cause, I created my own dataset with only login as RLS, it works
