I have created row level security by giving permissions to certain users in a csv file. Whenver I am logging in with other user I am not even able to see the dashboard. Can anyone please help me to troubleshoot this problem.

as soon as you use RLS you need to define access to every user/group.
"If you add a rule for a user or group and leave all other columns with no value (NULL), you grant them access to all the data. "
