Runtime calculations

Hi,
I have UTC date data coming into QuickSight. I would like to perform calculations on it to convert it to the time zone of the user currently viewing the dashboard.

Is there any way to do this? For example, if I could execute JavaScript I could pull the user’s time zone from their browser and use that for calculation.

Time Zone Adjustments

Most databases (including SPICE) store timestamps in UTC time. If you want to be able to dynamically adjust the time zone of the data displayed in your visuals for different users, we can do this using parameters and calculated fields.
