I am trying to schedule a refresh for a Q topic and noticed that the scheduled refresh option is currently available only on a daily basis. Is there a feature to enable hourly refreshes, or do we have any timeline for when such functionality might be available?

Correct, currently hourly refreshes are not supported in for Q. While I am unaware of the roadmap set by the AWS team, I can mark this as a feature request to promote visibility for this option to be added.
