How to secure the Existing Datasources and Datasets permissions? Please suggest some best practices to control these permissions as we have lot of sensitive information on these datasources and datasets.
I am an Author I created a Dataset from new data source. I wanted to protect this and implement a streamlined process to know whom I am granting the permissions and who is access it.
Any best practices around this?

I would create user groups, assign the users and set permissions on dataset to the group.
In that case you only have to manage the user groups and not every single user.
