I see a question like this from 2022–but I do not see an answer.
Is there a way I can see the behind-the-scenes SQL generated by Quick Sight? I need to see the SQL that Quick Sight used to get data for a visual (a table) in my analysis?

I don’t think there is a feature like that available in Quick Sight.
Most of the databases offer you a sql history. Maybe your is also offering one.
In case you want that feature you can create a feature-request.

We use Athena as our data sources and can look at the Recent Queries tab and can see the SQL generated.
