"Select All" option values missing in control

I have a control filter set on a dashboard which has default Blank. The control has more than 1000 values. The control defaults to blank as expected and a Search bar is available as expected. How can I give users the option to also “Select All” in addition to searching for individual values?

Thank you @ErikG , I have not selected the option “Hide Select All”, so that can be ruled out as the issue.
