I would like to know if QS can support end users create their own reports by picking the dimensions/metrics/filters and save them so that they can rerun them multiple times.
You would either need them to become authors to create analysis.
Or you can look into bookmarks.

@Max is it possible to set up daily/weekly emails based on bookmarks? This would be a great use of bookmarks and daily emails.
