Sending alerts or Notification on email depending on the values in the table

Hello,
I am trying to sent an email/alerts to respective email address. This alerts should only trigger when:
This data is updated every day. If I do the schedule incremental refresh for the table and after the refresh, if the values for any columns are zero I want to sent the alerts.
Is it possible to do this on Quicksight.

Sorry for the late reply, I am still working on it. Quick question:

  1. Is it possible to have alerts for already existing data?
  2. When there is a Incremental refresh everyday and for example there are 20 rows added in that columns, So while sending alerts it will check all 20 rows in that columns and if the condition is not satisfied it will send an alert, right?

Hi @Dhiru,

  1. I believe that it may not alert you regarding already existing data.
  2. Yes, this should be accurate as alerts are normally setup to happen after a refresh.

I would suggest the best option would be to set one up and test out to see how it behaves for your dataset since you can always delete if it’s not acting in the way you’d like!

I’m sorry I missed this response until now! I do not believe you can currently set an alert for items that do not follow condition.
