Set “Actions” on an “Insight” visual

Looking for a way to add “Actions” to “Insights” visuals. Our L11 reporting dashboard has KPI cards built via Insight visuals, and we want to add actions to navigate. Noticed that this was logged as a feature request in QuickSight in this question. Are there any update to this feature?
