Show/Hide columns of a Pivot Table without Filtering

I have a dataset with User_ID, Date, Gender, Age Group, Channel Name & Duration. I want to visualize in a Pivot Table to get summation of Durations for all User_IDs when filtering through Gender & Age Group only. However, when selecting a Channel, Pivot Table’s relevant columns shoud show/hide without filtering.

Can anyone help me
