Simple error in calculated field for a parameter

I’m constructing a simple parameter with a two-choice dynamic field and when creating the calculated field for the parameter it throws a syntax error, like this:

ifelse(${Dimension}=‘Title’,{TitleName},${Dimension}=‘Employee’,{Employeeid},{JobName})

It just tells me that there’s a syntax error but I don’t know how to fix it

is the parameter single or multi value?

I think EmployeeID is integer and other fields are strings that could be one reason for the syntax error. Could you please try using tostring to convert employeeid to string and use it in the expression .

ifelse(${Dimension}=‘Title’,{TitleName},${Dimension}=‘Employee’,tostring({Employeeid}),{JobName})

I did it but the syntax error persists and points out that it is at the beginning ifelse(${Dimension}

if the parameter is multi value QS cant compare with “=”.
