Slider Color

I noticed when I use the slider to set a filter and use greater than it won’t adjust the way the color works. It will still look to the user like its a less than. Is there a way around this?

Hi @Kashgar
so you want to change the blue in something else?

Yes or remove the blue entirely. If I’m doing a greater than filter it doesn’t make sense to have a blue line. Or at least swap the blue line.

I’m not aware of that function. As the blue only indicates “what is included”. In your case 0-4.

Thats the strange part… in the filter I have it set to “greater than or equal to” but the blue line doesn’t adjust. If it’s tricking you it will likely trick the end user.

But you’re setting just one number. To what should the line adjust?
I think it’s about naming the slider. Based on the current title you can’t tell if it is a greater or less filter anyway.

if you look at the filter condition its “greater than or equal to”. Even if you ignore the title the slider color is on the left and doesn’t change. If it was between there would be two numbers. To me it makes sense its one number but the filter condition should adjust the color to the right?

but the colour gives no indication of what percentage or so is filled in.
It only shows that you are so far away from the minimum. So it is only the positioning on the slider that is displayed, not what effect it has.
But either way, you can’t change the colour direction.

@Kashgar

In the Theme you can try changing Ascent for changing the line colour on the left side of the slider. However check for other dashboard elements how it affects.

You can check for Theme elements definition here:
