When filtered by computer the software list is showing empty no matter which computer is selected.
I can navigate trough software’s list if there is no filter applied.
1.Does the visual have other filter(s) applied?
2. Is the ‘computers’ a custom list of values provided in a control or is it an on-sheet filter?

I recommend making a table with both your software list field and you computer field to see if the results you expect are being returned. As @rajjaya suggested, I would also make sure you don’t have any other filters applied that are preventing the expected results from being returned in your software list filter.
