I use this funtion below as Rank function, and Quicksight sorting is not working for me, how can I solve it?
I cannot add Rank into dimension. It is not allow me to convert to dimension
This function is hightlight in white in the screenshot:
denserank([ifelse(denseRank([{latest transact_date_by_Wk/Mo} DESC])-1<=${RollingNWksMonths},SumOver({Last N wk/mo net Dollar applied},[trim(carriergroupname)]),NULL) DESC])
values did not have sort showing up
You can use the “sort by” option in the rows.
@ErikG I do use this option but it does not work
I select carriergroupname and sort by rank it does not work, if I sort by other field it works
And the rank result is correct? On your screenshot it’s hard to tell.
