Spice import shows skipped rows with now explanation

When spice refreshes and imports the rows it shows rows skipped/ in the view error summary there is not explanation to why are they skipped. how do i know where they are and how to fix them.

If you click “view error summary” and then “download error rows file”, you can download a file that has a row for each error. The “ERROR_TYPE” column shows the error codes that explain the reason.

QuickSight has run into an unknown error while ingesting your data and with this particular error you are unable to download an error rows file. The best course of action is to create a support case in the Support Center and share details of your dataset so one of the engineers can take a closer look at what is happening in your environment.

Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
