Spice Update slower then Athena Querry

Hello everyone,

I currently have an Athena Querry which I load into my spice storage.
The whole process itself works fine but the spice update runs for 20min and the Athena Query just for 7min.
Does anyone have an idea why this is happening and what I could do to improve the loading-time of Spice.

Hi @Felix_Krall
my first guess would be, as you store SPICE data within QuickSight the process of storing the data takes a bit longer then just running the query.
