Sum of distinct countif

Hi,
How to get the total Accounts .
accounts formula is distinct_countIf(agent, isNotNull({agent}) AND transtype = ‘Sales’)

HI @ctine Can you explain it more clearly because the total I see is 108 but you mention 118 so please shared your query once more time.
