Text Box Duplication Sizing

When duplicating a text box, the copy populates at the bottom of the sheet (even in free form) and with the default sizing (399x266).
Requesting 2 items:

  1. Duplication of visuals in free form layout populate near the original
  2. Duplication of text box retain the same sizing as the original
