Hi @teenamn and welcome to the community!

As this is a public forum, I don’t have access to your internal delivery UAE dashboard or the Mercury data source, so I can’t tell you exactly how the split routes are calculated in that specific dashboard.

But to figure this out, I’d suggest, checking the dataset behind the dashboard, so open the analysis (not the published dashboard), click on the visual showing split routes, and look at the calculated fields and field wells being used. The formula there will tell you exactly how it’s being computed.

You should also check the dataset preparation layer, go to the dataset itself and look for any calculated fields, joins, or SQL queries that define “split routes.” The logic might be baked in at the dataset level before it even reaches the visual.

Compare the definitions, once you find the formula, compare it against how you’re pulling the data from Mercury. The mismatch could be due to different filters, date logic, or aggregation methods between the dashboard and your manual query.

Hope this helps and feel free to update us with any new questions you have about this issue!
