The provided account name is not available

Help! There is an error : “The provided account name is not available” when using an IAM user to subscribe QuickSight. The IAM user has admin privileges. Question is: what account name is available ? or is there any prerequisite ? I can not find out answer in the documents.

Are they a user of QuickSight? You can have an admin in your AWS account without them being a user of QuickSight.

To invite them you will need an email address.

After you have the email you can then link their IAM user to that.
