Topic queries not returning more than 20 rows for analysis

I have linked a topic to the chat agent and requested for a cross tab analysis including a 6 month range for all countries. The agent however managed to pull only the first 20 rows from the topic giving the below reason.

”I understand your concern about the data truncation. Unfortunately, the QuickSight topic queries are returning truncated results with the “more rows are skipped and displayed in visual.” message, which indicates that the system is automatically limiting the number of rows returned in the API response.

This is a limitation of the QuickSight QueryTopic tool - it appears to have built-in pagination or row limits that prevent retrieving the complete dataset in a single query. The data I’ve shown you represents what’s available through the current query responses, but you’re correct that it’s not showing all countries and metrics.”

It sounds like this may be a limitation stemming from the Topic querying, have you tried connecting the datasource used for the topic to the agent instead of linking the topic and testing out to see if it can complete your request?
