Total does not work as expected

Hi,

My total on Pivot table does not work as I expect, I have value for some months. I would expect when it collapses, it will add up all the existing value. but when I collapse the columns, it shows 0. Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?

Can you check what is specified in the Totals? If it is default it should have summed up the values.

Additionally, you can check the following to see how the calculations are being applied on the Pivot table.

Thanks for replying to me Prabhu! I could not find specific calculation for totals.


Also, the value column is in custom because it is a calculated field, and there is no way for me to change it from custom to sum
