I need to build a QS dashboard with trainee data from LEARN ( internal LMS). I do not have an AWS account which I am told I need to do so. I do have access to the user transcript info but need manually run it every week, I want it to auto refresh instead. Also be able to view different locations ( as a filter).

Yes, to get started on building a dashboard, you will need a Quick Sight account (which can be linked up to an AWS account or exist on it’s own).
Unfortunately as this is a public facing forum, we would not have access to private accounts to help provide that type of permission.
I would suggest reaching out internally so that you can locate who the proper contact would be that can assist in account creation for you.
