Troubleshooting "Authenticate failed with status code 401" error when connecting Jira to QuickSight

I am encountering an issue while connecting a Jira data source to Amazon QuickSight. The error message displayed is “Authenticate failed with status code 401.” Despite the API token appearing to be valid, the connection is failing.

I have verified that the API token is active and has not expired. I have also regenerated a new token to rule out token-related issues.
