truncDate(‘WK’, LastSubmissionDate) im using this in aws quicksight.
1st week: Feb 18, 2024 to Feb 24, 2024 (Sun-Sat)
2nd week: Feb 25, 2024 to Mar 2, 2024 (Sun-Sat)
6 assignments submitted in 1st week, but the above formula considering the last assignment which submitted on Feb 24 in 2nd week instead of 1st week. So for the 1st week total should be 6 but im seeing only 5. Kindly help me to fix it!
Why don’t you just use the aggregate week on the date field?
Additionally, if the date is going through time-zone conversion you may want to see your LastSubmissionDate columns value in the analysis by aggregating to minute to see what is shows. It is possible you are seeing data from your database, but in QuickSight you applied Time zone conversion that can change the date/time based on the timezone selected.
