Unable to delete control

When I try to delete any two controls that originally were created from a different dataset Quicksight says

“Autosave appears to be having some trouble right now. Do you want to continue without saving or try to refresh this analysis to go to the stored version.”

I am not sure how to get around this, any suggestions are appreciated.

I have noticed in the past week some issues loading and refreshing the QuickSight console. What I would recommend is opening the analysis in a new window and trying again. It seems like a server side/network issue. Has this happened multiple times or just on a single day when you logged in to update the analysis?

Thank you for letting us know. I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
