I have a paginated report created and it was also scheduled, Now I am looking at the “Recent Snapshots” there are reports generated on 21st March 2023. When I click on download button, its saying “No downloadable file” on a popup. I cant download old reports that generated.
Hmmm, I would suggest opening up a support case to see if it’s a bug.
Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
