Unable to Publish Dashboard in QuickSight

Hi,

We are currently facing a technical issue with Amazon QuickSight that is preventing us from publishing our Dashboard even as an admin. Despite multiple attempts, including using different networks and accounts, we receive the error message: “We couldn’t publish this. Something went wrong during publishing. Check your internet connection and that you are correctly logged into QuickSight.”

Most likely it could be a temporary issue. please try on different browsers as well and see if it helps and if issue still persist. I strongly recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further.
Here are the steps to open a support case .
If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.
