I followed this documentation, Send custom branded email reports from Amazon QuickSight | AWS Big Data Blog, and when I went to save the customized email template at the end; I got a pop-up that says : Email template can’t be saved, please try again, if the issue persists try refreshing & start over.
I retried a few times and still couldn’t save it.
Can someone please tell me why I’m getting this error. Thank you very much in adance.
Could you please check the following :
- verify if the file has correct extension :
- If 1 works, then you are good. Else make sure the image is of RGB model
If you still have an issue : Here are the steps for opening a support ticket - Creating support cases and case management - AWS Support . If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf
I reuploaded the company logo with png as the file type per your suggestion, and it worked.
