Unable to see Dataset that is connected to dashboard

Hi,

I cannot see the dataset connected to a dashboard in QuickSight. Is it because the creator can only see it? I have full access to the account.

You might not have access to view the dataset. The owner has to give you access. Sharing datasets - Amazon QuickSight
