Unable to Sign Up to Amazon Quick Suite

I am trying to create an account for Amazon Quick Suite, however each time I click the create account button with password authentication, the page refreshes and my account does not get created.

Could anyone please help me ?

Hi @Yashkh

Welcome to the Quick Suite community

Please refer to the following community posts, which address a similar signup issue that may help you.

Hi @Xclipse Is it required for the admin to: Enable IAM Identity Center.?

I have created a user with AdministrativeAccess, can I not use it directly to Sign-up?

I am currently on free tier for AWS.

Hi @Xclipse Additionally, I noticed the root cause for this:
I am getting an error for “Account #34423# does not have a subscription for AmazonQuickSight“ in the console.

I think it is better to display this exception in the UI to the user rather than console.

Additionally, if I am on free tier, how do I sign up for QuickSight?

Hi @Yashkh

Here is the Quick Suite free-tier. Start your 30 day trial and free for up to 25 users.

If a Quick Suite account has been created but you are unable to access it, I recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!

Hi @Xclipse Thank you for looking into it.

However, even when I access the link you shared, I am still getting the same exception that I do not have subscription for Amazon QuickSight.

I am suspecting it is because the link includes /enterprise as well?

Hi @Yashkh,

Just checking back in since we haven’t heard from you in a bit. Were you able to follow Xclipse’s suggestion and create and AWS Support case for this issue? If so, please feel free to confirm so and share any important details solution-wise within the next 3 business days (as it could assist others with similar issues).

Thank you!
