I am able to create folders using QuickSuite. Howver, the write (upload) of the result fils fails

Your ability to create folders but not able to upload leads to me believe that this is a permissions configuration issue. My suggestion is to reach out to your admin (if you have one) as if this is a permissions issue then they would be the one to fix it. Or if you are the admin, then try looking in the Microsoft Entra Admin Center and see if there is anything there you can change regarding permissions for the app registration that is being used for the integration.
