Update action filter on a graph on the filter control

Hello,

I would like to create a way on my Quicksight dashboard where: when I click on a visualization that has an action filter, and there’s also a filter related to that variable on the controls on the top of the sheet, the values on the dropdown on the top os the sheet also change automatically. Does anyone know how to do this?
