I am using an Excel file as my database.
The tables are changing frequently (fact tables).
Is there a way to make an automatic update for the files? maybe somehow through the Teams app?

Teams is not an option.
One option would be to bring the data into S3 and use Athena as semantic layer between S3 and QuickSight. Then you need to automate the way “local file system” to S3.
