Update my analyse

I can’t update my database with the excel file. The data is not processed by the analysis. The error message is “file not found”.
On the other hand, if I manage to get a fully loaded file, my analysis doesn’t update…

Hi @Vincent1 - Welcome to AWS QuickSight community and thanks for posting the question. Can you please give some more detail information on the problem statement. The details are not so clear. If I understood correctly, you have one excel file and want to upload in QuickSight and do some analysis on top that. Is it correct or am I missing something?

yes I have an excel file that I’m trying to put into my database and I get a message that says > File not found

And sometimes I put in an identical file with different data, and quickSigth works fine for me, but my data’s not processed by the analysis.

Hi @Vincent1 - Thanks, sorry to hear this. But in QuickSight you have to upload a file and then can put it in SPICE and do the reporting. If you can give the details in a screenshot, that will help. There is NO database concept in QuickSight. Are you facing any issue in uploading the excel in Quicksight? Please give the details to help or guide you.

HI @Vincent1 - Ok, can you confirm the excel is not opened or used when you are trying to upload to QuickSight.

Also open a new session and try to upload again ( ensure you closed the excel sheet) and try it again.
