Users not receiving scheduled reports

Hi Experts,
I have scheduled few reports for multiple users having (Reader Access) and subscribed to Quicksight.
Users are granted access to dashboard but still not able to receive the reports.
One of the user received the report upon subscribe the schedule.So do the user need to subscribe the schedule to receive the reports?

Do you know what is the schedule time ? did you make a test run to see if they received it ?

FYI - To receive email reports, the users or group members must meet the following conditions:

  • They are part of your Amazon QuickSight subscription.
  • You already shared the dashboard with them.
  • They have completed sign-up process to activate their subscription as Amazon QuickSight readers, authors, or admins.
  • Amazon QuickSight can’t send scheduled emails to more than 5,000 members.

Mentioned conditions are already met but still it is not working.
Not sure why its happening

Have you tried testing it with lets say couple of users including yourself by running now ? if that works?

i see this message in the dashboard.
I am i missing anything here?

yes i tried.
I have two access.
I am an admin and login via aws account and i receive the scheduled reports.
I am also having a federated user access(reader) via okta app and not receiving the report when adding this user

Hey Syed,

Could you try if possible to create a group lets say external - and add your federated user in there and while scheduling select this group and see if that works ?

In that case i strongly recommend to open a support case following here
Explain the assigned engineer about the the issue and they should be able to assist you on that.
