Users unable to see or subscribe to schedule but I can see it still exists? (as well as other users)

Hi @sychantamazon - Thanks, to do the details investigation, this require some analysis to understand the symptom why some set of users are not able to see the schedule. Can you please raise a ticket to AWS customer support team so that they can see the issue by screen share.
