Using pivot table total and conditional formatting with a gradient

Hi,

It seems that if you use both the pivot table total on column level setting and conditional formatting using a gradient setting, then the total values wont display at all. For the normal conditional formatting there is a button with “apply to: totals / subtotals / value” but there is no such setting when using a gradient.

Perhaps it is intentional or a bug?
