Valid account name is answered as invalid - what to do?

Hello QS community, my account name (always worked well) is answered as invalid. What can I do to log in? No IAM user, just normal AWS employee.

Do you mean the QuickSight Account name or your username login credential?

If it’s your username I recommend trying the email that you set up your user with initially. If you are still having trouble and are sure that you are entering your username and password correctly you will want to reach out to who ever has admin privileges to the Quicksight account.

Thank you for your feedback! The issue is solved. It was tied to the wrong account name. But adding the right one was the solution and all is working again.
