We are using embedded analytics in our portal and the reports are getting refreshed every few minutes irrespective of what we are doing?

This is spoiling the user experience as it is refreshing every now and then between any analysis. So How to stop this and why is this happening?

is it a user-based embedding or anonymous embedding? after login to the application and view the dashboard, even you didn’t click any button, dashboard will refresh automatically in every minute?
