WFM GFC Sensor safe performance dashboard does anyone know how to access?

Hi does anyone know how to access the sensor safe performance dashboard? I’ve been added but still says no perms.

Have tried both links and both say to request access which has already been given. Any ideas?

Could you please check with your manager to request access from someone in your organization with admin permissions.

I already did that and it still did not work. They sent me a snip of the perm screen

Please check with your AWS Quick Sight administrator or your manager for assistance with this permission issue, as we do not have access to your organization’s Quick Sight account.
