Hi, I am wondering if this is a bug or if I am doing something wrong.
Steps to reproduce:
- On a dashboard, go to Share Dashboard in the upper right.
- Select toggle for “Enable access for everyone on this account”
- Go to Manage Users → Invite User
- Add email, with Role = Reader and IAM User = No
- When the user logs in, they see an empty screen.
Why can they not see the dashboard I have shared with everyone?

Hi @bhamplify - Can you add one specific user and see whether the particular user is able to see the dashboard or not.
Ideally when you are enable the Everyone in this account, they should see the dashboard. Test with one user, if it is not working, I will suggest to raise a ticket to AWS Customer support team to help you on this.

hi @Sanjeeb2022 that’s what I did this morning, and nothing showed up on their dashboard. How do i add a ticket to AWS customer support?

I believe asking the user to log out and back in solves this little glitch.
