“Share this view” is not available for embedded dashboards yet however we have discussed providing this and other related features for embedded customers in the future.
Can you tell us more about your use case and how you plan to share information with other users so that we can prioritize investments in this area?
Thanks, Tatyana. The use case is we will be embedding dashboards in our customer-facing application. There will be multiple users from the same customer, and it would be helpful for them to be able to share specific views of a dashboard with their teammates, as opposed to having to explain which filters/drill downs will need to be applied to get the view.
Is there any info on this…I just got this request today…it seems pretty basic to make the widget an option in the embed view. People want to share data with a set of parameters or filters so they don’t have to parse the specific situation they are looking for.
