Why are my counts wrong for my total

i am using 2 different datasets one is a direct query the other is not. both numbers are the same for each column so why is my total showing different number

@izzycs -

Can you filter out NULLs on both visuals and compare totals? If they match, the QS dataset is dropping NULLs somewhere. DQ looks correct.

Also could you please try to refresh the SPICE dataset and check again please

refreshed the dataset and filtered out nulls for both visuals and still get same numbers, very confusing since the numbers both add up to each other

Can you check if there is any difference in the Total setup for the two visuals.

i found the problem the 2500 nulls are not being counted in the quicksight dataset for some reason not sure how to fix this

That doesn’t sound right. The difference is 2,498 between the two totals.

Can you check if there are any filters that are different between the two visuals.

filters are only applied on the quicksight dataset everything seems to match up
