You can upload the file to S3 and use S3 connector to fetch the data into SPICE.

Please follow the below instruction to upload csv using S3 connector

In the pop-up screen, you must upload the manifest file that mentions the location of the file in S3. It appears that you tried to upload the actual data file here.
