I have been unable to login to the VBI quicksight dashboard. I have been able to do so in the past. Can you confirm what the issue is? if it is about permission, how do I get this?

If you’re unable to login to a dashboard that you used to have access to, it is most likely a permissions issue. I would suggest reaching out to your company’s QuickSight Admin, they’ll be the only one that is able to assist in this type of situation.
