Unable to access dashboard

I have access to quicksight, but as of last week I’m unable to access the dashboard I need.
The error message I receive is:

We can’t open that dashboard

This usually happens when you don’t have access permission, it’s from another Quick Sight account, or it was deleted.

How do I get my access back?

Hi @Tamara_Mathieu - Welcome to AWS Quick Sight community and thanks for posting the question. Looking at the issue, looks like your access is revoked or aws quicksight account is deleted. can you please check whether you have access to Quick Sight or not first. Also please connect with your AWS admin or Quick Sight admin to see this access/permission issue.

I have a Quick Sight user who got this same error today. There was no change to her access and see it is infact.

I also saw that she got the error message after login. See the last active shows she could connect to Quick Sight.
