Action Interaction in Insight visual

Hi,
As per my reading, I did not see option to perform action on Insight visual. Need help on how to perform action on Insight visual?

I’ve done some testing on my end in the past and found that you can add the action to insights but they don’t respond to the user selections. To my knowledge insight visuals currently do not allow actions but they will respond to filter and navigation actions from other visuals.
