Active subscription counts over time

Hi,
I have exactly same requirement as given in below posts and already implemented it using an explicit calendar table.

As it has been over a year, I am just checking if there is any feature enhancement implemented in Quicksight to easily achieve this functionality in the analysis itself.

Please let me know.
